創造一種「聚」
咖啡館是人們生活的第三地。第一是家，第二是辦公室。而社區咖啡館更是「聚」的集中地。為此我們在各地社區開辦咖啡館，以為对大眾服务的基地。

而且我們特點是：
1.在店內設立「小廣告張貼告示牌。
2.接受小禮物在店內託售。
3.幫助開店者募集開店資金。
4.對社區住戶提供關注服務。
5.辦理「選民登記」。
6.舉辦各种小型活動（例如和旅行社合辦「一日遊」）

凡有意開店者，我們協助展開：
1.在其準備開店的社區，先展開「招募會員」行動：由店總部派遣人員（即招募會員小組）在社區挨家訪問家庭與公司，有意加入為會員者，贈送100「到社區店喝咖啡券」，憑此券可以免费喝100杯咖啡。咖啡款由總部支付。

2.對開店者，提供全套裝璜與設備。包括咖啡杯。

3.派遣商務顧問，到新開的咖啡店，建立「商業顧問服務」。這能幫助顧客合作發展做生意。
